How pleasant the world would be if we…man… would DO rather than SAY!
I almost get to the ‘fingers in ears’ stage at hearing all the TALK, WORDS, OPINIONS, CONTRADICTIONS, ARGUMENTS, TRUTHS, UNTRUTHS, EXCUSES, ACCUSATIONS, DEBATES, and simply all the thundering NOISE created by it all???? Ouch! My whole body is impacted by the reverberation of all the NOISE!! I ‘luv’ Thumper’s rule (Disney’s Bambi movie) which says, ‘If you can’t say ’sumpin’ nice… don’t say ‘nuttin’ at all.’ How awesome would it be if
But let your communication be, Yea, yea; Nay, nay: for whatsoever is more than these cometh of evil. Matt 5:37
‘ NO TALKING ‘ was the rule of the times. And the only way to communicate would be by demonstration. WOW!! How much clearer would be the communications. How much simpler would be the discernment. Oh, how I long for such ‘peace.’
The mouths of man run twenty-four seven. The increase in earthquakes, floods, and other natural disasters might be a result of the massive vibrations caused by the ‘shriekings’ of the earth’s man population (smile-just kidding)! The noise would have to be equal, at least, to the explosive power of a nuclear bomb, the shifting of tectonic plates, or the implosion of a dying star. Hmmmm? You think?

(Eyes looking up…hands over ears) Oh, that man would just DO what his beliefs compell…AND STOP TALKING, MAKING EXCUSES, AND JUSTIFYING our ACTIONS!!!

I am so ‘weary’ of the, theological, scientific , and political debates. Hey…let’s all just ‘SHUSH.’ Couldn’t hurt…you think???
